Update #6 - 40% written and a publisher’s fair Oct. 23, 2019

Hi Subscribers

Just a quick update on the book. I’ve had a very intense period of writing in the last two weeks. The Publishizer folks had been repeatedly asking me for a sample chapter or two.

So I knuckled down, wrote the first 11,000 words, hired an editor and got it done. In this sample I included an introduction to the core concepts and a 5,000 word story of an agile coach’s journey to greatness. Its based on the hero’s journey model.

I shipped this sample chapter late Sunday night and am now back to writing the rest of the book.

I’ve spoken to two Publishers already but Publishizer is working hard to pitch my idea and newly minted sample at the Frankfurt book fair in an effort to get more interest.

I’m aiming to get the book into a full first draft by end of year and then start the 3-4 month process to publish. That means April-ish is a target date to release the book but we’ll have to see if; attracting and signing up with a publisher may take longer.

Thanks again for your support and interest!

Niall
