Tatiana had started her career in Software Engineering after acquiring Master of Science degree in Physics. However it didn’t take long for her to realise that what comes naturally to her is understanding how people think and feel, which led her to a long career in e-commerce as a Product Manager.
For many years she was responsible for designing and creating solutions for customers of one of the biggest classifieds in the world, part of the eBay Classifieds Group. Growing success at creating hyper-productive teams, Tatiana started investing more time into coaching teams for better communications as well as work more with external partners to deliver crucial business integrations. Given all that experience and a great passion for human psychology, she decided to formaliZe her knowledge and acquired a full Master of Science degree with merit in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis at Manchester Metropolitan University, which she concluded with research on correlation of emotional recognition and children's’ performance at school.
Today, a proud mother of two, an entrepreneur and founder of a live learning experience platform - Workshops Market, a business delivery coach and a trainer in Emotional Awareness, Tatiana has decided to share her life-long learning and experience, backed up by science, but presented in a form that appeals to each and everyone, hoping that that knowledge will help build a better world for us and our children.
