Well, the first two weeks have been amazing. We are just about to hit USD$1,000! Thanks to everyone for your support. I understand a few people have had some difficulty with the pre-ordering process. Give me a call and I can talk you through it.
We've had a lot of interest in the twittersphere as well as some press. The feeling is that we will get a lot more press when the actual book is released.
