THANK YOU to all who pre-ordered a copy of ‘Losing Our Religion’ (LOR) during the recently wrapped pre-order campaign for the book administered by the folks at Publishizer.com. Apologies to those who tried to pre-order during the mad rush that last weekend, when the order “button” vanished to complete a sale.
For those who pre-ordered, you will receive your eBook or print copy at launch. For those who could not complete their pre-orders — don’t worry. We’ve got you on a notification list and you will be contacted at launch with details about how to order at that time.
We're have a contract offer from Morgan James Publishing, and are exploring interest from four other hybrid and service publishers who contacted us during the campaign. I’ve also asked our agent at Publishizer to reach out to the acquiring editors for several books by traditional publishers listed as comparable titles on the campaign site — ‘Educated’ by Tara Westover, ‘Unorthodox’ by Deborah Feldman, and ‘World’s Fair’ by E.L. Doctorow.
Look for email updates on final publishing details and release date for LOR, always viewable on the splash page of LosingOurReligion.com (see Book Update and Offer) A free or paid subscription to that Substack will also get you on the notification list for launch. Thanks again for your interest. Cheers ~ Drew
