Stephon Henderson knows this firsthand. As a father, grandfather, former pastor, counselor, and Transformation Life Coach, he has spent decades helping people — young and old — find their footing in a complex world. But it was watching his own children grow up alongside their beloved pets, Bolo and Arrow, that planted the seed for something truly special.

Bo is a terrier. Arrow is a tabby kitten. The series is rooted in CASEL's five core SEL competencies and designed to be a tool as much as a treasure, complete with educator guides, family discussion prompts, and classroom resources.
Stephon's debut book, When Bo Met Arrow, is his love letter to every child navigating something new — a new school, a new sibling, a new feeling they don't yet have the words for. This campaign is about bringing that book into the hands of the children who need it most.
