Rearchitecting Work!

Unleashing Potential, Purpose, and Power in the Workplace

Rearchitecting Work! is a paradigm shift from a focus on performance management to a focus on unleashing people's potential, championed by an enterprising and impact-oriented Human Resources function. The importance of business results does not change, but HOW those results are achieved is radically altered, with a blueprint that also changes the hearts and minds of the participants.

Update #1 - Rearchitecting Work in Possibility Partners Workplaces Eliminates A Need for Unions! March 17, 2021

Greetings Rearchitecting Work Possibility Partners!

Hope you're having a fabulous week. And I hope you know how grateful I am for who you are in the world of work and the difference you make!!!!!

Just a few quick updates:

1) I am requesting referrals to CEO's and/or HR professionals in your networks who you think would be  available for a 15-minute conversation to learn more about the blueprint Rearchitecting Work provides for a radical workplace paradigm shift -- a shift from potential battlefields of confrontations, documentation, and lawsuit threats to potential communities of conversations, collaborations, and partnerships in cultures of psychological safety.

2) A new special bonus is being offered to anyone who preorders 10 or more books -- they will qualify for a free registration for the 7-week online course,  Rearchitecting Work, launching Thursday, June 3rd, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM (June 3 - July 18). $297 is the regular price for the course.

3)Please let me know if you would be available to be a guest for a Possibility Partners podcast, a 60-minute interview program launching the week of May 17th, day and time TBD. Intention is to engage in a lively, informal, unscripted, authentic conversation about work -- our best and worst experiences or anything else you want to talk about that is work-related

3)www.possibilitypartners.org is live. Still needs a few tweaks, but would love your feedback if you have a minute to stop by.

That's it! Have a spectacular day  . . . and remember we're all capable of amazing things together.

Much love and care,

Dianne
