In addition to owning a business, Rachel is a motivational speaker. She is also the president of a flooring and remodeling company in which she co-operates with her husband. Rachel was named as a Greater Omaha Chamber Young Professionals Changemaker and was also granted the 2019 TOYO (Ten Outstanding Young Omahans) Award. Rachel was a top finalist for the Mrs. Nebraska pageant in 2019 and 2020. She is also the recipient of the Leadership Award from the Leadership Africa Summit in 2019.

The process of becoming authentic is not for the weary but it pays off in the end. Over a span of 30 plus years, Rachel Fox has assimilated what it means to fully embrace all that she is.

Right Back to Me is an eclectic and unfiltered memoir where you will immediately identify your crazy co-worker, your sister, your homegirl, your daughter, and mostly yourself to sprinkle your life with laughter and encouragement to let you know that you’re not doing life all by yourself. The book showcases a collection of authentic writings from an incredibly funny and honest perspective.

You’ll trace Rachel’s journey from the south to the midwest: upbringing in the pastor's education, new emotions of finding belonging to new destinations, identity, extended themes of acceptance and conforming in the workplace, fervently finding purposes from the sacrifices, and intimate situations that no one should experience. A subtle line joined by a series of stories that over time slip out of hand, giving a clear lesson: being passive and motionless is never an option.

“Whenever I tell people how many kids I have they seem shocked. They can’t believe I have as many children as I do and am still able to run a business and nonprofit. They don’t believe I was able to finish my college degree and continue to get my master's. They don’t believe I model, act, and sing. They don’t get how I can still have the capacity to write a book. They don’t understand how I was able to fight for my daughter to live, and work, and go to school, and manage a pregnancy. I’m not sure how to sum all of this up but my story is real, as what I have gone through may be similar to someone else’s story. They haven’t had all of these hurdles to jump over and still manage to be somewhat sane and still striving for success. One question I always get is “How do you do it all?”. I’ve had my share of failures as well as wins. Self-doubt and boosts of confidence. The reason I can tell my story now is that I stand in my truth, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I accept myself now and if anything more than to get this out of me and help others, that is why this book is being penned.
