About the author

William Ballard, MBA (Army Retired) is an internationally known author whose books have helped millions of readers discover simple truths that they can use to enjoy a more fulfilling professional and personal life.

William has spent many years serving in ministry on many different leadership teams, and in 2014 he established his own LLC and started running his own business, managing his own creative entrepreneurial endeavors, which include freelance writing, copywriting, content marketing, business coaching, and marketing consulting -- as well as photography. One of his most appreciative clients stated that William "has the mind of a businessman and the heart of a minister."

Recently he entered academia and began a career in higher learning.
His collegiate background begins with an A.A. in Criminal Justice and a B.S. in Business Management (Concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship). In 2017 he earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and in June of 2020, he was inducted into the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi.
