Harry Trotter is a Public Speaker and Cycle Breaker in terms of Identity, Sexuality, Pressure and Confidence. His mission is to guide as many people to live their Truth.
Harry Trotter was born in Kortrijk, Belgium and grew up in Ghent. He realised from an early age that deep-rooted pain, fear and silence were transmitted by his parents, within this family of which he never felt part of.
Due to an abusive mother, an unstable family situation, and the constant questioning of himself, he was choking. He had always had questions about relations between people, (sex)uality and identity, which were taboo in this family.
Harry wasn’t living, he was surviving. In order to survive, he took a conscious decision to put on his own Truman Show and to live a constant lie; afraid of being judged by the people within the social tight-ass class he was part of.
He pretended to be a 'confident' and 'happy' guy who was following the guidelines he was given by the people who gave him life. Harry studied Marketing at college in Leuven, Belgium, and later attended the ESC Rennes to study International Business Negotiations in France.
He had many different jobs, ranging from working in an embassy to big corporate companies. To him, 'success' had never been based on studies or job titles nor what someone can show another, such as money, status and power. For him, success had always been living his truth which he could not back 'home'.
He was also pretending to be a ‘straight’ guy. He was often called a ladies’ man because he fucked girls on the go, to hide his fear of life, his evil mother and his fear of being judged for being a faggot even though, deep down, he did not feel gay at all.
This endless self-mutation couldn’t go on forever and he ended up taking action by running away and leaving everything behind. He found an internship to finalise his master's degree in Perth, Western Australia. D-day had arrived and he fled. This was one of the most memorable days of his life back then. Not only did he save his skin but, more importantly, his inner flame, values and beliefs. He was wondering how it felt to be a free man in this big world.
Not willing to ever go back home again, he accepted any job to stay abroad. He also believed that by giving his body away to men against his own will was the only way to go. He was looking for comprehension and affection, but all he got in return were mostly dicks, drugs and bad energies.
At some point, he got tired of grabbing genitals and losing himself. He decided, instead, to grab life by the balls. He started writing his thoughts down in a book form, which he had put online.
Trent Goetzen, a Canadian man from Calgary, had never met Harry before purchased his book online. Since Trent read this book, he turned tables in his life and started living his truth.
This gave Harry a power boost to continue writing in a more naked way than before and to give birth to 'The Naked Truth'. From that moment on he knew this book could make a change in someone else's life.
Today, Harry is an award-winning Public Speaker, Mentor and, most of all, a Cycle Breaker in terms of identity, sexuality, pressure and confidence.
After countless trials and terrors, he grabbed life by the balls and as a life enthusiast, free spirit and, above all, caring human being, he feels the urge to support others who question themselves.
He decided to be the person he needed when he was younger and writes, therefore, in an extremely naked, self-mocking and uplifting way. He believes that by being fully open, others will recognise themselves in his journey he had all over the globe.
