Doctor Ivan Del Valle is an International Business Transformation Executive with broad senior leadership experience in strategy and management consulting at top Firms like Accenture & Capgemini. He led the data integration for one of the largest touchless planning & fulfillment implementations in the world for a $346B health-care company. Proudly born and raised in the beautiful Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico, he currently resides with his beloved wife and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in the United States in the historical district area of Charleston, South Carolina.
He holds a Ph.D. in Law degree from the Apsley Business School in London, UK, where he researched the law and regulations related to the legal aspects of blockchain-driven international trade traceability in sustainable food chains. During his Master of Laws studies, he acquired extensive expertise in Corporate Governance & Environmental Law while developing a legal governance, risk, and compliance framework on precision agriculture as an alternative path to sustainable farming without the use of genetic modification.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Dr. Del Valle holds an MBA from the University of The People in Pasadena, California, a Master in Data Science & Analytics from the prestigious Nebrija University in Madrid, Spain, and a dual Master degree in Consumer Neuroscience from UNIR Mexico and UNIR Spain. He is currently pursuing the final stage of a second doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University Benito Juarez Garcia in Puebla, Mexico with a thesis focused on optimal product marketing through automated attributes selection based on predictive AI on market intelligence and consumer neuroscience factors.
Dr. Del Valle lectures at Apsley Business School London in International & Comparative Law, Corporate Governance, Environmental Law, IT Law, Strategic Management, and Organizational Theory, and is a frequent panel participant on leading-edge international multi-industry conferences. His recent published work on topics such as IT Law and Blockchain-driven international trade traceability have ranked #1 new release books in Amazon in the Business Law category.
As the UQMI Director of Legal Affairs, his responsibilities include:

The Ring Of The Witch: The Curse Of Apollo' was a project that originated in social media back in August of 2016. I wrote and released the original story through unedited chapters week after week in one of the most famous social networks - getting thousands of views each week (as well as hundreds of comments). The commercial edition of the story was published on May 12th, 2017 after a successful campaign on a publishing-focused crowd-funding platform, and it's available through a worldwide network of 39,000 booksellers, online retailers, and libraries.
The story is much more than just a modern adaptation of mythological characters living among us... or a frenetic search of four items that would create chaos for humanity if reunited. Through its characters and their dialogues, I intended since day one to deeply explore some of the key cultural values and social stereotypes we experience every day in one way or another. That required an intensity beyond narrative prose, and that was the primary reason the book was not written as a traditional novel, but in a style that resembles more a stage script (in order to better immerse you in the center of the story). I also integrated several spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience within the framework of modern psychology.
A big thanks to all the fans that followed the original story, and to the ones that just discovered it. It's an honor and privilege for me to have the opportunity to share with you the first book of a planned trilogy.
