Thanks again for your support and I hope 2016 has been good to everyone thus far! We’re nearing the final stages of book layout and design, and need all of you to confirm 1) your name(s) as you would like it listed inside the book and 2) your shipping address for delivery.

Confirmation of names

Below is a list of crowdfunder names - please look for your name and confirm if you would like it listed as is, or if you would like it written differently. Please let me know if you would like to include spouses, children or pets!

- Sort of kidding on pets but if you feel strongly, let me know and we can discuss :-)

- On children, if you would like to include them, you may be listed as the “The _______ Family” due to page layout design

- You may also choose to be listed as Anonymous

Confirmation of shipping address

Please let me know if your shipping address has changed since Dec/Jan when you pre-ordered the book. If you’re unsure, you can log into your Publishizer account and check under “Settings” (in top right corner, click on your name and it’s in the dropdown options). Again, you don’t have to respond if your address is current.

Timing

The book is expected to ship out next month (October). I will send another update when I have a confirmed ship date from the printer and from there, I’ll include expected delivery times depending on your location.

Thanks for your patience – I know it’s feels like a long time since the campaign. As a measure of comparison, traditional publishing generally takes 12-18 months from manuscript completion to delivery, so self-publishing is actually much quicker!
