As a mature and professional Mom with over 20 years experience coaching busy and sophisticated clients, I've guided them to define and achieve wellness goals. These achievements aren't limited to but include; loss of body fat, greater strength and range of motion, higher energy levels, decreased blood pressure, decreased blood sugar, increased bone density, better sleep and improved confidence. Engaging with clients individually as well as in small group settings has allowed for personal interpretations and discussion of guidelines used to achieve their goals.
My personal interest in expanding my reach and helping a greater number of clientele has driven me to online social media platforms, website development and writing my first book. As busy and professional Moms we often settle into habits that aren't supportive of our lifestyle goals. The resulting feelings are frailty, fatigue and loss of confidence. Statistics Canada indicated in a recent study that only 1 in 5 adults achieved the recommend 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity weekly suggested by Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines.
