Hi Sunshines!
Yesterday was a tough day for me.
I made the hard decision to choose a different illustrator for this project.
The young lady I have used in the past is awesome, but after receiving the edited version of the story, I realise that her artistic interpretation differs from mine (character expressions etc).
So I had to find an illustrator with more vivid depictions.
And let me tell you, it is not cheap. :)
I have to face reality and change my launching date to November, to give myself time to raise more funds.
The prospective illustrator; and lucky for me, cheapest so far; also needs at least three months to do the work.
Therefore, my anticipated date of 22 July is simply out of the question.
The good news is that I have more time to plan my roll out for the big day.
Having sent the final edit to the publishers that I am interested in a few days ago, I am optimistic and moving forward with this creative project.
I have chosen Thanksgiving as the new launch date :) , because I have a lot to be thankful for.
However, your preorders will be shipped on the 15th November so that you receive them by the 25th of November.
